The Problem
Property managers, landlords, builders, and brokers in India manage tenants, listings, and transactions across fragmented tools — spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper registers. There's no single platform built for how Indian property professionals actually work.
What We Built
MyProperty (property.arhantsolutions.com) — a property management platform purpose-built for the Indian market. It covers tenant management, property listings, transaction tracking, and communication tools for landlords, property managers, builders, and brokers.
Outcome
Live in production. Ranks organically for "property management software in India." Mobile search performance significantly outperforms desktop — higher click-through rates and better average positions on mobile for the same content — validating the mobile-first development approach we take across all our builds.
Why This Matters
We're not an agency pitching SaaS expertise we've never exercised. We run a live product with real users, real uptime requirements, and real production pressure. When we build software for clients, we bring that operational experience to the table.
